ECARS Annual Meeting for 2008

              April 25 Friday      ..... Check in time is 2:00 p.m. 

              April 26 Saturday  ...... Meeting in the conference room 8:00 a.m. till noon.

              April 27 Sunday  ........ Check out.

The meeting will be held at the Microtel at Hamburg, PA. Room rates will start at $80.56 Including tax. There are a variety of restaurants in the Hamburg area for dining pleasure and choices. You will have ample time to visit Cabelas, just two blocks from the Microtel. On Saturday Morning there will be a safari, for the gals, to The Vanity Fair Outlet Stores (six large buildings).
