-  Previous Offices/Duties: None.  Currently on 2018 Election Committee.
-  Current Net Control Operator: Periodic fill in NCS.   

Other Amateur Radio History:
I started Radio back in the late 70s, like many of that day, as a CBer. I got into Ham Radio with help from my Friend KM3F, who is also an ECARS member.   My Ham radio interests primarily consist of DXing and mobile HFing and a little rag chewing. Although I also like the other Digital modes, RTTY is my preferred mode when I can and I love to run QRP a lot. 

For the last 3 years I’ve been on the Board of Directors and Club Station Manager for W3OK / Deleware-Lehigh ARC.  I’m also involved with our ARES & RACES for Northampton & Lehigh Counties and my Region for MARS.  I am a member of multiple amateur radio services and clubs, including: North Cars ARS, East Coast ARS, South Cars ARS, Flying Pigs QRP Club, NA QRP CW Club, OLD Buzzard's Radio Club.  Masonic Brothers Net, Amateur Radio Masons (Masonic Gathering) and other European Digital clubs.

Community Activities:
    As a Freemason for 39 years, I never been one to say "I'm sorry, I can’t or won't do that".  If the cause is good, I'll probably do it.  As you can see from the photos, I’ve been involved with Cancer charitable events from head shaving to being Santa and more.


Personal Comments:  I enjoy being an ECARS Net Control when I can do so.  My statement to the Members of ECARS is just this: If Elected it will be an honor to serve and I will do my Best as Your Director.  See my QRZ page for additional information.
